This cable car takes you to the top of the mountain for spectacular views. You can buy your tickets at the desk and (usually) every hour there is a cable car that goes up the mountain. The trip takes about 15 minutes with one stop at the middle station. There are limited seats in the cable car so you might have to stand.
Must do, lovely views of the mountains around. Don't forget an extra jacket since even in the summer the temperature up here is colder. Wheelchair accessible ( with help)
Top-notch service for hang glider pilots, extremely friendly and helpful staff. A must-visit destination for European pilots, and a place to support by going there to fly and spend your money (gladly !) on gondola tickets. Simply superb !
The trip upwards was okay. At the top we could not pay with bankcard, just only with cash. This was not mentioned down at the ticketselling point. The trip back downwards was not pleasing, there were to much people put in the attraction. In the middle the thing stopped with no message why en how long.. in the hot sun.. totally not pleasing for the big amount of people in the thing. We never would go in such thing again. Especially never again with this one.
Unbelievable bad experience!! They stuff 44 people in a gondel in de midst of a Covid19 pandemic! Some people even didn't wear a mask, but the staff didn't care at all. Our worst experience in Austria!
